The program, out of one coach's head and into the club.
Lesson plans in sections, built from reusable blocks and a shared exercise catalogue — and through the suite's shared identity, they land on the club's real classes.
What it does
Write the session once. Run it well, every time.
A plan is a record of what the class did, built from pieces the club writes once — so the program survives a coach's holiday, and a new coach can pick up a class mid-term. And because plans are records — versioned, retained, never silently deleted — the club can show what was planned and delivered if an incident, an insurer or an auditor ever asks.
Reusable blocks
The pieces a session is built from — a standard warm-up, a beam circuit, a cool-down — written once and dropped into any plan.
- Circuits and sequences, with rounds, stations and work/rest timing
- Inserting a block copies it into the plan, so a record never changes when the template does
- Blocks can be shared with other coaches, or kept as your own
An exercise catalogue
What every exercise is, described once — so a plan says “Releve holds” and every coach reads the same thing.
- Each exercise carries its description and a demo clip
- The catalogue shows where each exercise is actually used
- Import and export as a spreadsheet, for the club that already has one
A shared resource library
Coaching material in one searchable place the whole club can share — progressions, cheat sheets, clips — instead of a folder on someone's laptop.
- Tagged and filtered by sport, searchable by name or tag
- Photos, videos and documents, versioned like every record in the suite
- Shared deliberately, coach to coach — private material stays private
In the suite
One plan, both sides of it.
The plans coaches write here are what athletes and families follow in Trainable, and the classes they attach to come from Manageable — the suite shares the club rather than asking anyone to key it in twice. See how it fits together.
