How it fits together
One club record, four ways in.
The four areas share the club and the people in it, and nothing else. That is the part worth understanding: it is what makes switching on a second area free of set-up, and what keeps a club's data its own.
The club is kept once
People, staff, classes, sessions and fees: one record, keyed in once, in Manage. Everything else reads from it.
One sign-in, four areas
Manage, Coach, Train and Score are one app. The lockup in the corner switches between them; a person sees the areas they hold a part in.
Records stay whose they are
A club's records are the club's — never pooled with another club's. A coach's Library is the coach's own. A family sees its own children and nobody else.
Results go public from the same place
A competition's standings are published at scoreable.au straight from the competition — no export, no spreadsheet in the middle.
Where this actually stands. Sportable began as four separate apps and became one on 14 September 2026 — same features, one sign-in, one database. A coach's plan reaches the club's real classes, an athlete's assignments reach home, and a club invited to a competition nominates athletes straight from its own register, so nobody retypes a roster when nominations open.

Pricing
Competitions are free. The rest can be too.
Every club starts free, and the free tier isn't a trial — it's the whole competition side of the app, for as long as you like. The day-to-day club tools are the paid part, and there are two ways to have them — one of them costs the club nothing.
Free — every club
The member register — your athletes, families and contacts, kept once — and all of Score: host competitions, get invited to them, and nominate athletes straight from your register. A club invited to its first competition is set up in minutes and pays nothing. Every coach's own Library is free too — and so is Governance: the compliance register, policies and acknowledgements, the incident register, the committee and its minutes, for every club, subscribed or not.
Everything, free with the payment portal
Take your fees through the portal and the subscription disappears. Families pay online from the parent portal by card or bank debit, with no surcharge added; money goes straight to the club's own account, statements settle themselves, and Sportable keeps 1.5% of each online payment — that's the entire price. Cash and EFTPOS at the desk are still fine: record them as you always have; they're never charged.
Or a flat subscription
Prefer to keep payments as they are? The full app is a flat monthly amount by club size, billed yearly: $55 a month to 100 enrolled members, $110 to 250, $165 to 500, $220 to 1,000, $275 beyond — inc. GST. Size is measured on members actually enrolled through the year, never on how big your register is.
